  1. General terms

1.1. In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the Special Terms and Conditions for Marllee Concept Limited (as defined below) (collectively, “these Terms and Conditions”), “Marllee” or “we” means Marllee Concept Limited. “Customer” or “you” refers to any individual, institution or company that orders goods or services from us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this webpage (collectively, the “Electronic Store”). By using the Electronic Store or any portion thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. We will make every effort to ensure that the prices and information of the products listed on the e-shop are updated. We reserve the right to change the prices of items without prior notice. Acceptance of all orders is at our sole discretion, subject to stock availability.

1.3 All photos and images we display about products on the e-shop are for reference only to help you identify the products only.

1.4. Every effort will be made to ensure that the items listed on the e-shop are in stock. If any item is not available to the customer due to out of stock, we have the right to refuse to accept the order.

1.5. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods.

  1. Protection of Privacy

In order to protect your personal data privacy rights, we ensure that the policies and practices in the collection, use, retention, transfer and access to personal data are in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong.   1. Payment method

3.1. The e-shop accepts our designated credit card or other designated electronic payment methods for payment, and the value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars.

3.2. All items ordered online are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion and subject to stock availability. You will receive a final purchase receipt for your records upon collection of the items (either for delivery or in-store self-pickup).

3.3. In order to provide a safe and reliable online shopping service, the transaction of the e-store uses the secure layer encryption technology Transport Layer Security (TLS). All personal information, including your credit card number, name, address, etc., will be encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet to prevent your information from being read by an unauthorized third party when it is transmitted online. To check the security certificate information, you can right-click the mouse during checkout, then select “Contents” and “Certificates”.

4.1. Basis of supply: We sell and deliver products only to the final consumer. We do not sell our products for resale. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products for your own use, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.

4.2. Force majeure: If we are not able to accurately determine due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures or any circumstances beyond our control) We will not assume any responsibility to the user or any third party to provide the products or services you need accurately.

4.3. You may not assign, transfer or otherwise transfer any of your rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without our prior written consent.

4.4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is interpreted as illegal or invalid, such provision will be deleted without affecting the legality, validity and enforceability of other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

4.5. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the two parties, and it also supersedes all previous negotiations, representations, consensus and agreements.

4.6. We reserve the right to amend, change or supplement all or any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice to you.

4.7. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.

4.8. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, and the Client and Marllee Concept Limited shall also be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may make corrections to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.
Special Terms and Conditions for the Marllee Concept Limited (“Special Terms”)

These special conditions are in addition to the above online shopping terms and conditions and apply to your order in the e-shop. In case of any discrepancy, the Special Terms and Conditions of the Marllee Concept Limited E-Shop shall prevail.

  1. Payment terms of Marllee Concept Limited

5.1. Orders shipped to Hong Kong
• We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, FPS, Payme or Octopus.
Note 1: When entering the credit card number, there is no need to enter spaces or dashes

5.2. E-stores use designated credit cards to purchase protection services (such as Visa verification service and MasterCard Secure Code service), which allows you to shop online safely and securely when using Visa cards and MasterCard cards. The service uses a specific PIN or security code to ensure that you are the only one authorized to use the card. You should use a valid credit card in your own name for online purchases.

5.3. If there are additional delivery charges, these will be confirmed separately before payment by you.

  1. Instructions for ordering from e-shop

6.1. The e-shop only accepts orders for delivery to a designated delivery address in Hong Kong, or for self-collection at a designated address in Hong Kong.

6.2. When you order products from us, you agree to make a shopping request to us in accordance with these terms and conditions, and entrust us to deliver the goods to your designated billing address or designated address for collection on your behalf. Upon receipt of your order, we will notify you and confirm receipt of the order. This reply does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order if we are unable to provide any of the ordered products or services, or if there are payment problems with the credit card you used or for any other reason. If we are unable to supply any of the products or services on your order, we will notify you by telephone or email.

6.3. After your order request is accepted by us, we will confirm acceptance of the order with you and notify you of the time and date of delivery/self-collection at the designated address.

  1. E-store local delivery service (applicable to choose to send the order to the designated delivery address in Hong Kong)

7.1. The delivery service is not applicable to non-fixed addresses, frontier restricted areas, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, warehouses, and locations where delivery cannot be made via stairs but must be entered through a balcony.

7.2 After you submit an order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the estimated delivery time and date with you. Before the goods arrive, the deliveryman will call to notify you. Please check whether the purchased goods are complete, and the recipient will write his name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.

7.3 If typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted, we will try our best to arrange delivery on the next working day.

7.4 “Home delivery” service
● Under normal circumstances, customers place an order in the Marllee Concept Limited. electronic store, confirm the order is successful and accept the payment. After confirming the order, the product will be delivered to the designated address within about 5 working days. Delivery is suspended on Sundays and public holidays. It is also not ruled out that the delivery time will be affected due to holidays (such as: Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter) or excessive orders. When the Gale Signal No. 8 is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery service time will be delayed.
● Please note that all items will be delivered as planned to the best of our ability.
● This service is not applicable to Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung.

7.5 If you fail to receive your purchased Products because you miss your first agreed delivery appointment or because you provided an incorrect address, we will (i) charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery appointment reservations. or (ii) arrange for you to pick up the goods directly at our educational base.

7.6 All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. Marllee Concept Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of delivery delays.

7.7 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

  1. Exchanges and Refunds

8.1. We provide you with a “7-day product quality guarantee”: when you receive the goods, if you find that the product is damaged or not in good condition, you can contact Marllee Concept Limited. within 7 days to arrange a replacement product. Otherwise, in general, we do not accept any requests for exchanges or order cancellations.

8.2. If we agree that you have the right to replace the product, but the requested replacement item is sold out, we will refund the relevant money to you.

8.3. In our independent decision and special circumstances, we will return the money involved in online shopping to your credit card bank account (it takes about 4-6 weeks).

8.4. Please present us the original purchase receipt or the relevant electronic receipt before accepting a product exchange.

  1. Other

9.1. Until the customer pays the full amount for the purchased product, we will retain the property rights of the product, and the relevant property rights and risks will be transferred to the customer when the product is delivered to the deliveryman or customer.

9.2. We have the right to destroy the goods that have not been received more than 30 days after the order confirmation notification date without further notice. In such event, we will not issue you a refund or compensation; we reserve the right to continue to charge you for storage.

9.3. In no event shall we be liable for any loss of income (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your dealings with us.
