Shipping policy

General products will be shipped by SF Express to your order address. Shipping costs will be calculated by the system and charged in the order.

If we cannot contact you for two consecutive shipments, this order will be automatically cancelled and customer service staff will contact you to handle it.

Delivery designated locations:

residential areas, commercial areas and non-commercial areas, it is expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days;

overseas delivery,

we will deliver to overseas countries and regions via FedEx (except Mainland China).

Delivery time and courier fees will depend on the country/region to which we ship.
